Location is good
Difficult for me to find the hotel. Hotel told me getting off shuttle bus only 300 meterto the hotel, but no one knows the street of the hotel, and no one speaks English. Hotel is ok, room is big. However, bathroom is not in the room, and it is very noisy, can't even get a sleep. I would suggest the hotel add one window the keep the noise outside. To behonest, 80euro is a little bitecpensive

Very good b&b for sightseeing and shopping.
No common kichennete - it was not very comfortable to prepare baby food in the room and clean bottles in bathroome.

As a b&b, it is really lovely as we were being stayed in an ordinary Italian home. Furnitured likes an ikeeaa showroom. Big windows, air-con. Independant bathroom outside the bedroom. Very clean everywhere.
Far from Metro but near the Vatican City - St Perter's Basilica.

It was like having our own apartment in Rome. My husband and I had one room and my parents had another room. It was the best location, walking distance to everything. The manager was so nice and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day. The daily breakfast was at a cafe on the corner and was perfect.

Very good location - near historical sites, shopping and metro also close by, 150m to nearest SPAR. Staff was very nice and accomodating as I only gave an hour notice that we would check in to the hotel after hours. Breakfast was good and nice that it came to our room. Air conditioning worked very well even in August. Bathroom apart from the room did not bother us as we didn´t see any other hotel residence in the hallway and the bathroom was still our own and not shared.
Only thing that did not work as well was the shower water temperature which would not stay at a certain temperature.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom, all the information provided to visit Rome. It was very quite and the atendant was very helpful
Each room has its bathroom but it is outside the room, this did not caused any problem since we never met the other people in the hotel, but it might not be conforatable for people who want more privacy and the confort of having the bathroom inside the roorm The hotel is like an apartment with rooms whicha are nicely decorated and it is very quiet.

The b&b was located in a quiet area within walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, as well as more bustling areas of Rome across the river. The room was clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was also beautifully decorated. Tv was high-definition with satellite service. Would definitely stay here again.
